consisted of 1 - 8 plex with offices and 3 - 12 plexes.
There are a total of 44 apartments. This was a fun and
interesting project that was completed in a little over
9 months. |

block. The site was originally a motel that we had to
demo and haul off. The 6,500 sq. ft. building has
specialty items such as floor joists and sealed
concrete floors. |
